A brief report will be submitted
to you by phone, email or SMS
within 24 hours of the inspection
visit, should you so choose.
In the event any damage or potential
concerns are found, an initial
description will be sent to
you within 2 hours, and a comprehensive
report including jpeg photographs
will be sent within 24 hours.
Making it right again

In the event of damage being
found and requiring immediate
attention, you have full access
to BonHora’s select service
providers on the island, covering
all specialties and disciplines.
Should you have your own preferred
provider, we’d be happy
to contact and coordinate with
them as necessary.
Rates

Between €100 and €330
monthly (excl. VAT), depending
on your choice of inspection
service and the +Secur
option. The average frequency
established for inspection visits
is fortnightly (unless specified
differently by client).
