- Extensive indoor inspection of your property.
- Revision of heating, hot water heater systems, air conditioning, and their
   programmed settings.
- Review of propane, municipal gas and other utilities’ pipes and connections.
- Check for leaks, stopped-up drains, humidity/water damage.
- Check for pest control.
- Check circuit breaker positions, major electrical appliances.
- Revision of the terrace area, check plant watering system as applicable.
- Any accumulated mail is brought indoors.

2. House & Garden

- Extensive outdoor and indoor inspection of your property.
- Look for external signs of damage (roof, gutters, shutters, windows, doors, drains,
   swimming pool, watering system, garden, etc...).
- Outdoor security check (signs of attempted forced entry, outdoor lighting, motion
   detectors, outdoor alarm system.
- Review of propane, municipal gas and other utilities’ pipes and connections.
- Check for leaks, stopped-up drains, humidity/water damage.
- Check for pest control.
- Check circuit breaker positions, major electrical appliances.
- Revision of the terrace area, check plant watering system as applicable.
- Any accumulated mail is brought indoors or sent to your forwarding address.

“+Secur” option

By selecting our “+Secur” option, you additionally benefit from our specialized assurance claims management service, through which we contact and provide your insurance company or broker with the necessary information and documentation to ensure the prompt initiation of the claims filing process. We will coordinate and arrange with the claims adjuster to assess and document the damage. In the event of material damages stemming from robbery or an attempted break-in, we will initiate on your behalf the formal police declaration process, which is a legal requirement under Spanish law, and a prerequisite to the filing of any related insurance claim.
